Intellectual Property & DMCA Policy
ZeitZwag respects the intellectual property rights of others. We expect our users and administrators to do the same.
1. Reporting Infringement (DMCA Notice)
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or that your intellectual property rights have been otherwise violated, please submit a written DMCA notice to our designated agent.
Your notification must include the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright or other intellectual property interest;
- A description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you claim has been infringed;
- A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on our website (including specific URLs);
- Your address, telephone number, and email address;
- A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright or intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law; and
- A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

3. Expeditious Removal & Safe Harbor
Upon receipt of a valid and complete DMCA notice containing all required information, we will expeditiously remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material in accordance with the safe harbor provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).
4. Counter-Notification
If material you posted was removed and you believe this was due to mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Designated Agent containing a statement of consent to federal court jurisdiction and a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was in error.
