Shipping
Orders are processed after checkout and typically ship within 24 hours. Delivery timing depends on product type, destination, and carrier availability.
Returns & Refunds Policy
At ZeitZwag, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is straightforward and compliant with global shopper protections:
- Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.
- Eligibility: Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging. We accept returns for any reason within this window.
- How to start a return: Simply email us at contact@zeitzwag.shop with your order number.
- Shipping Costs: For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we cover 100% of return shipping or send a free replacement. For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping.
- Refund Processing: Once received, your refund is processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Address Changes
If the shipping address is wrong, contact support as quickly as possible. We can only make changes before an order enters custom production.
