By accessing or using our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not use our services or place orders.

2. Custom Made-to-Order Products

All items on ZeitZwag are custom-made specifically for you using print-on-demand technology. When you place an order, the design is printed, compiled, and fulfilled individually. Because of this custom nature, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or changed once production has commenced.

We make every effort to display product colors, textures, and coordinates as accurately as possible in our mockups. However, final print placement and color matching may vary slightly from digital screen previews.

3. Pricing and Payments

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. All transactions are securely processed through our authorized payment gateways (such as Stripe). We do not collect or store your payment details. You represent that you have the legal right to use any credit card or payment method provided.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide using local delivery partners coordinated by our printing provider, Gelato. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Since all merchandise is custom-printed, **all sales are final**. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for customer errors, such as ordering the wrong size, color, or style. Please refer to our sizing guides before completing your purchase.

**Exceptions for Damaged Goods:** If a product arrives damaged, defective, or contains a printing error, we will gladly issue a free replacement or a refund. To submit a claim, contact support within **30 days** of delivery with clear photographs demonstrating the issue and your order details.

6. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All branding, code, storefront assets, and custom design layouts are the property of ZeitZwag. Product designs may consist of public domain materials, licensed work, or user-curated meme concepts.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe your copyrighted work or trademark has been used on our storefront without authorization, please visit our IP/DMCA Policy page to submit a formal takedown request.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ZeitZwag, its directors, or its fulfillment partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific items ordered.
